A Shamanic Approach To Shadow Work
This program is a 3-month, one-to-one process that is designed to send you deep into your inner darkness to understand the aspects of yourself that is blocking your ability to create the life that you want. By learning to work with the dark elemental beings, you will gain the necessary tools to be able to identify and clear your most stubborn blocks to success. In new age spirituality, there are lots of manifestation/Law Of Attraction teachings available but for many, simply focussing on the love and light is not effective because it bypasses the shadow which contains our greatest truth and healing potential. Learning to mature the ego and befriend the shadow is a vital part of accepting our role as co-creators of our reality. The duration of this program is 3 months and can be completed either online or in person.
Harnessing The Full Power Of The Shadow
Our shadow holds sacred every part of ourselves - the dark and the light. It is the ego that denies our ownership of the core aspects of our shadow, making the two sworn enemies... the ego lies in order to keep us in false security, whilst the shadow holds the truth. Anything that is held within the shadow will be mirrored back to us through the people, jobs and situations that are prominent in our lives. If we go through life battling our shadow and refusing ownership for what it is showing us, the same patterns and struggles will continue to emerge. If we befriend the shadow and learn to constructively process what it shows us, the struggle ends. This program includes healings, exercises, journeys and meditations that will help you befriend your shadow, allowing you to fully harness it's healing power.
Finding and Clearing Our Pre-Defined Laws
It is our unconscious belief systems and patterns that block our ability to manifest - we call these "laws". Laws are essentially the regulations that we have put on ourselves as a result of our past experiences. These laws form during childhood and are the ego's way of creating order from the chaos we experience and as we grow older, the laws become more outdated, resulting in us having the same outdated responses to the same triggers. Most of the time, if we try to break this law, we punish ourselves and the pattern in strengthened, due to the outcome remaining the same as it always has been. By utilising the dark elementals of the void, we can learn to identify the dark law and embrace it's energetic destruction, allowing it to become easier to change certain behaviours and patterns.
Utilising The Energies of The Dark Elves
Dark Elves are essentially the elementals of the the liminal (the void). They exist in the charged void that is known as Ginnungagap. This realm shows that void is not just nothingness, but also contains healing potential. From here, everything is created. The nature of this energy is that anything of the lower planes that comes into contact with it will be destroyed. The Dark Elves guard the sacredness of the mystery, and and build form. They teach us to shift our energies away from all that is impermanent and towards a deeper level of creation. To gain the cooperation of the Dark Elves, we must first learn to befriend our shadow and welcome our destruction. Only then can we step into full creation.
Stages Of The Program
This process is two months long and consists of four 2-3 hour sessions every two weeks with integration work being required between each session. The sessions will take the following structure but will be flexible depending on your needs:

Session 1 - Befriending The Shadow:

Shadow reading to identify what needs to be cleared and processed throughout the program

Identifying projections

Deep Shamanic clearing to remove any pollutants from the energy system

Shamanic Journey to befriend the shadow and mature the ego
You will be required to repeat the journeys and the projections and reflections exercise for two weeks.
Session 2 - Initiation & Energetic death

You will be required to repeat the journeys to the Dark Elves to destroy the remaining dark laws for the next two weeks.
