Mother Earth Healing Circle In Norfolk

Join us for a sacred Mother Earth Ceremony in Norfolk. 

These healing journeys are for those who are hungry for deep healing and transformation and provide a unique opportunity to attend a small, intimate group of no more than five participants to allow you to fully let go and focus on your personal healing process. I am trained and initiated in the sacred traditions of the Shipibo (Indigenous people of the Peruvian Amazon) and the Q'ero (the indigenous people of the Andes) to be able to offer you these sacred healing ceremonies. 

These journeys begin when the sun goes down and continue until the early hours of the morning. The ceremony is started by thoroughly cleansing and blessing each participant individually to prepare their energy system for the healing process, before opening the Bardo Realms of rebirth and summoning the beings that dwell within them to protect the space. The spirits are then honoured and sent through each participant to begin their healing process. The ceremony takes place in the dark and in sacred silence, guided by the sacred healing songs and chants (icaro). You will also receive deep Shamanic clearings throughout the ceremony. 

These journeys are deep and profound energetic processes that will open you up to a completely new way of being that will continue to unfold even after the ceremony has finished. This journey, alongside the spirits involved are no joke and must be treated with the utmost respect.  For this reason, it is essential to come with a solid intention and to follow the preparation guidelines strictly. What To Expect From The Process:

The retreat will take place in a beautiful, rural location in Norfolk (specific details are shared one-week before) that is completely clear of external energies and influence. The support that you receive extends far beyond the retreat itself - Upon booking, you will receive a detailed document containing preparation guidelines, alongside a 1-2-1 call with me to discuss your intentions for the process. You will be required to detox physically and spiritually beforehand in order to get yourself into an optimally receptive space - this will include cutting out certain foods and beverages, limiting screen time and making commitments to yourself and your healing process. The group will also meet one week before the ceremony for a preparation call via Zoom and to answer any specific questions you have about the process. The ceremony itself will run from the evening of Thursday 30th May until the early hours of Friday morning. Food will also be provided after the ceremony and the next morning/afternoon, alongside a sharing circle the next day. Two weeks after the process, we will have another Zoom call for integration.
