Intrusive energies are a way of referring to energies that do not belong to you. These originate from external sources and are attracted to our unprocessed wounds/traumas. They act as pollutants which cloud the system and our judgement of ourselves and the world around us. They can take on many different forms which are symbolic of their function. We encounter solid energies (heavy energies that stagnant the system), cords (vampiric links that drain your power), psychic attacks (malicious projections from other people) and entities (fluid spirits that latch onto our existing vulnerabilities and feed off of them).
